I’ve had good experiences here with therapy at aspen. As far as billing, not as great an experience. There was an insurance snafu where insurance wasn’t billed for a year. I wish they had caught it sooner as they knew I was a lower income client and these services at full price are a large enough bill that it can affect your mental health. As a larger corp they did their best to accommodate me. In spite of all that I’m glad I ended up here after Dr. D’Souza (my previous doc) retired. I’ve been seeing Dr Garcia for years now and I’m really grateful for his expertise and care. When I could afford sessions with Lori I got a lot out of those sessions as well, but I can no longer afford the copay. Overall if you keep an eye on your bills, it’s a great place for therapy!

Lynn Wheeler APRN is AMAZING. She is professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, kind, and a great listener. Aspen is very lucky to have her on their team, and so am I. People at front desk are professional and polite. Once you are established as a patient here do not rely on calling for any extra help you need. Get your practitioner's direct information and contact that way. I did not have any luck with counseling personnel. I do NOT recommend doing trauma work or EMDR here. It actually made me much worse.

I absolutely love the team that’s helping me. Abbey Lake is a fantastic psychiatrist and Lori Martineau is a fantastic therapist. I’ve been to many many different mental health places trying to better myself and Aspen is definitely top tier. The only recommendation I have is that you keep looking inside Aspen until you find a therapist or psychiatrist you connect with, as it makes a world of difference.
