I can’t even begin to say how much Dr. Singh at the Functional MDs has done for me in the beginning of a new health journey to get well. I was very ill when I did a google search that landed me with who I had always wanted in a Functional Provider, one that was also an MD. I’ve been to many physicians that seem to think I have autoimmune but none of them can try to help me start getting well or get a diagnosis. One wanted to try a harsh medicine and I wasn’t willing to give into that. I had been to another Functional Medicine provider who just did the same protocol for everyone and when I tried to discuss what was going on with my body he dismissed it. I got worse and in the mix developed chronic fatigue, left sided body pain, tingling, numbness and incredible brain fog, among many other scary things, and I had been one to always rely on my intelligence. Since my parents and I came from a ways away Dr. Singh took extra time with us and always takes the time to calm my mind and walk me through what is happening. Since working with him and working to detox from mold at the start, I have literally become functional again within a matter of a couple months. I never thought I would resemble me again and it is happening. I went from a triathlete to almost nothing and it’s been hard. I have harder issues I am dealing with and have a ways to go, but I’m confident with Dr. Singh and staff being confident in me, that I will be 100% again. My issues are extremely complex and Dr. Singh got me at the sickest I have ever been, but with him I am seeing hope and light again. I thank God for leading me to him with that Google search.
