Update to owners response: if there is no pressure in your sales tactic, then why is there a deadline to commit? In my opinion this is a preparatory treatment center more interested in selling you treatments you don’t need than actually helping you feel better. For reference my discussions with them only included ketamine and TMS treatments. I just went through the consultation process and spoke with a kind, knowledgeable nurse practitioner who spent time discussing my specific needs and options. They offer “memberships” that lock you into 6 months of treatments offering discounts on primary treatment (for me, ketamine) and secondary treatments they offer (like TMS) in a system similar to a spa asking you buy a bunch of massages so you can get a discount on facials. If you don’t do a membership you can run through insurance (nasal spray ketamine) or pay out of pocket, IV ketamine, without discount. However I was offered at the last minute half off of IV ketamine if I committed by Monday end of day (my consultation was on a Friday and was told this usually a 24 hour only offer). I emailed and asked for a couple of weeks extension so I could hear back from my medical team about information concerning treatment and was told no. In nearly 20 years of seeking medical treatment and therapies I've never had an individual or facility use high pressure sales tactics with a penalty close as part of their offerings. I find this especially curious of a mental health treatment facility who, by the nature of the facility, knows that stress and pressure increase anxiety. Mental health care and treatment should be carefully thought out and not rushed into as this sales tactic suggests. I haven’t seen this tactic used outside of car sales and QVC. I also don’t feel safe or comfortable working with a facility that asks me to make medical decisions under pressure. The NP I spoke with was qualified and empathetic and I’m sure there are good people working there but the business model needs serious restructuring.

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars I received ketamine treatments at Kklarity earlier this year and discussed continuing treatment while also looking into TMS. When I arrived at the Greenwood clinic for an appointment I was told there wasn’t a treatment for me. (After I spoke with the doctor two days prior discussing my need for the treatment . Shortly after I left, I received an email saying I was banned from the clinic. Staff claimed this was for a “second outburst,” which is inaccurate — I had one difficult treatment where two nurses assisted me, but there was no dangerous or violent behavior on my part. I feel the clinic handled this very poorly. The support staff members who assisted me, Abby and Amy, were unprofessional in how they communicated and in how the situation was resolved. They blocked my number and did not respond to my outreach for clarification. I did not receive the compassion or clear communication I expected from a mental health provider. I would not recommend Kklarity based on my experience.

I have been in treatment with Klarity since January 2025. I found they are a top notch clinic to treat depression. They have been supportive and a blessing to me from getting my insurance approved to my last Spravato treatment this last Monday. I have done Spravato and TMS,and a month or so ago I transfered all my mental health needs to Klarity.
