I’ve been coming here for treatment for quite some time, and one of the main reasons I enjoy coming back was Amanda - the nurse. As a nurse and facilitator, she created a space where I felt genuinely safe to release decades of emotional weight and conditioning. Her presence alone raised the entire morale of the clinic every time I walked in. Today I found out she won’t be there anymore, and to say that’s disappointing is an understatement. It’s disheartening when someone who brings that much value, who makes the healing process possible for so many isn’t given the respect or recognition they deserve. People like Amanda are the heart and soul of businesses like this. They are why clients trust the process and come back. Management needs to take a serious look at what (and who) truly keeps this place running. Amanda is exceptional—not just professionally, but as a human being. She deserves better. If there’s any integrity left at the top, they should swallow their pride, do what’s right, and ask her to return with double pay. Because without people like her, it’s just a clinic. With her, it was a sanctuary. Amanda if you get a chance to read this review, I hope you & the management can work out your differences & you’ll come back. You have good vibes, but most of all you have empathy & that’s something that cannot be taught. Thank you for sharing your presence. 🙏🍀🌀

I was having some trouble getting my Psychiatrist to send my medications over to my Pharmacy, and Caitlin at the front desk was a GINORMOUS help. Very kind. Accentus has a good one up front.

I have been seeing a therapist and a nurse practitioner that are both great to work with. It is nice to have someone outside of your life- that you can provide details to- and not be judged or looked down on. I am very comfortable with the care I have received so far.

Veterans beware. Push for another company. It's possible. They don't want to hear any "mansplaining" about what veterans are dealing. They just want an easy paycheck from the VA. Sad

Really disappointed with my experience. I called several months ago to get scheduled and waited about a month or so to finally have my first session. Apparently it was only an intake session, which was not communicated to me, and it lasted ~20 minutes with who I presume to be an office staff member. When talking with her, she made it sound like it was odd that I wanted to have weekly sessions and made it seem like that is not something they typically do. I fought to have weekly sessions and was scheduled for my first appointment a month later. They only had virtual options so I took that. The day of my session, I joined my call and my therapist didn’t show up. After 20 minutes, I called the office and nobody answered. I called 2 more times to see if I could get a different location and nobody answered. Finally, I got a hold of someone who had my therapist call me. She sent me a link 2 minutes later and proceeded to tell me why she was unable to join our scheduled session. She did not share any details of course, but it dealt with someone else having a crisis and don’t think it was professional since the nature of such crisis could be triggering to some people. I let my therapist know that it was not her fault and she didn’t do anything wrong, but that I was going to find another place for therapy since I was not happy with how Accentus handled things from the very beginning and basically didn’t communicate anything. She told me, “I’m sorry to hear that but you have to do what’s best for you” and proceeded to hang up on me. Extremely disappointed with this entire thing since I’ve waited for a while to get in here and things were handled and communicated very poorly.
