I have had two appointments with Alina. While she seemed very nice and took time to talk during the visits, she did not seem very knowledgeable. I initially wanted to switch here because I was interested in testosterone therapy. I was already on FDA approved HRT, and she had no idea what it was. Apparently they only work with compounded. When she interpreted my labs at the second visit, she said the salivary labs must have been contaminated because she thought that Evamist was an oral spray (it's not). There are lots of meds in the world, but I feel like if she didn't know what it was at the first visit, she might have researched it or asked me before she saw me again. I told her I was still having hot flashes and asked to switch to another FDA approved option and she said no. So her recommendation was to do nothing. Don't change my med. Don't add testosterone. Just do nothing and come back in 3 months. The administrative side was just as bad. I had a very difficult time with labs in the first place. No one ever answers the phone. A nurse called me finally, and I told her what I needed in regards to the lab orders - and it still wasn't taken care of. A couple of weeks later I had to drive to the clinic to get the orders in person! and now on to billing - they don't have a way to pay online. But they also don't answer the phone to pay that way. The billing number listed on their answering service is not in service. So...I guess I have to drive 30 minutes again just to pay my bill. Do not recommend unless you live close enough to drive to the clinic for all needs and questions. p.s. FDA approved HRT is covered by most insurances.

Visiting with the staff are great, however, for months after my first visit I always call them and rarely receive a call back. Macy is great when I leave her a message but scheduling for appointments and talking to someone in control of supplement orders, they are not great at calling back. I recommend if you live in the city to just go up there. However for me I am out of state now with an out of state number, so it's harder for me.

She’s the BEST! Great listener, great caregiver! Update: Casi Norman (wonderful NP) has since moved to Spencer Wellness in Brownsburg. The cost of visits if not covered be insurance are slightly more, but the big thing here is for some prescriptions the ownership requires you to order from their preferred pharmacy. Is this legal?
