Thu Kester-Phan is very knowledgeable and has a true passion for her work. She really takes time to listen to your needs and answer questions. It’s very refreshing to not be rushed through choices and know that the person sitting across from you truly cares. I started HRT in January 2026 and she is the first provider who spent time going through every single line of my labs and explained them to me. I am 62 and no medical provider has ever done that. She helps me fill empowered to make choices for my body and that is priceless. I’ve also begun utilizing peptides which has made an incredible difference in my ability to recover after working out. Not only has my mood balanced out, but I’ve been able to obtain a full night sleep, which is vital for recovery. I had been dealing with issues pertaining to my weight for some time. It took me months to lose ten pounds on my own. Working with Thu has been such a transformative experience. Even though people say a part of the weight loss journey is changing one's mindset, I had such a hard time at first making all the changes. Thu exudes patience, her encouragement was genuine, and she treats your wins as her wins. Every milestone was met with such excitement and it was so empowering having her in my corner. Going from a size 12/14 to a size 6 and having lost well over 70 pounds, I know I couldn't have done this with out her and all the tools she's given me to make this all possible. I may have lost the weight, but I gained so much more confidence!
