Absolutely loved my experience here. You can tell that Epiros has been created with so much care and integrity. The light therapy was so calming and restorative, and paired with a hypnotherapy session with the owner Nola was so incredible. Nola created such a safe, grounded space. Her presence is calm, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I left feeling lighter and clearer. So grateful to have this amazing space for healing in the south shore community. Highly recommend!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the time that I have spent at Epiros Wellness in Cohasset.  As a stage 4 cancer patient receiving traditional medicine, I find the offerings at Epiros to be complementary to my current treatment.  The treatments at Epiros booster my health at a cellular level and provide much needed stress relief and energetic healing.  On my weekly visits, I have been fortunate enough to use the wonderful new light system, red light therapy, vibration plates and the red light sauna.  This past week, I was treated to a hypnotherapy session with Nola and I entered a state of incredible relaxation.  Beyond the therapies offered, Nola and Rita are so caring about their clients and I always feel so well taken care of.  I highly recommend Epiros Wellness!

After two visits in the light system, I had my bloodwork done and was relieved to see my A1C score had dropped from 6.0 to 5.7. Also, my sleep has improved quite a bit, especially the night of the treatments, but in addition, the following nights have also shown improvement. After the leg massages, my fasciculations in my calves are barely noticeable the following morning. During my fourth session, Nola used her hypnotic skills to guide me into a full state of relaxation to the point of being in a trance. In this state of full relaxation, I was guided with visualization from my subconscious thoughts to my conscious mind. This visualization was a powerful experience and brought forward a lot of emotions including a few “happy” tears. I truly believe the time I'm spending at Epiros is working to relax my mind and body and is definitely impacting my health in a positive way. Again, I am especially happy with my A1C score. I haven’t seen a 5.7 score in years.
