About this clinic

The Center for Morton's Neuroma, a regenerative pain-management clinic in Framingham, specializes in platelet-rich plasma therapy and cryotherapy for Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis. The practice focuses on non-surgical approaches to these common foot conditions, using orthobiologic injections to support tissue repair rather than pursuing immediate surgical intervention. Platelet-rich plasma therapy delivers concentrated growth factors to the affected nerve and surrounding soft tissue, potentially reducing inflammation and supporting healing. Cryotherapy is offered as a complementary modality to manage symptoms during the recovery process. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial evaluation, and the clinic positions it

From the first time I called The Center for Morton’s Neuroma, I was treated with professionalism and kindness as I explained that I was looking for a nonsurgical procedure for my Morton’s Neuroma. Wendy was very helpful in explaining how the process works. She emailed a number of instruction sheets, including one that informed me of the post-ablation expectations guide. She also talked to my doctor son, who wanted to make sure this procedure was safe for me. Lisa B. helped me to set up my appointments and explained the different types of procedures I could have — either radiofrequency ablation or PRP treatment. On Wednesday, the day of the first evaluation visit, as I was driving to my appointment, I got lost because I wasn’t familiar with the area. I called the office to tell them I couldn’t find The Center. After two different people tried to help me, a third person actually came to me in my car and showed me the right entrance to The Center. I met Dr. Morse and her assistant, and they were very nice and compassionate. I had my evaluation, and Dr. Morse told me that based on my evaluation, I would be having the radiofrequency ablation the next day. So, I went back on Thursday. Dr. Morse and her assistant administered the ablation. Dr. Morse checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was okay. She would inform me that I might feel a pinch, but I was never in any real pain. When the procedure was over, Dr. Morse asked me how I felt. I told her I felt okay. Then we made a follow-up three-month appointment. She gave me some final instructions, and I went home. The next day somebody from the office called to check on me. I told them I felt good. Two days later, I took off the bandages, and my foot felt the best it felt in years. I am so grateful to everybody at The Center for Morton’s Neuroma for helping alleviate my foot pain. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a nonsurgical solution to Morton’s Neuroma.

Ruined my life- not to be dramatic but it’s true. I had the ablation surgery done in April, 7 months ago. I am still unable to walk. I literally cannot walk. I went from a champion runner to being unable to walk for 7 months. I’ve been to 4 different orthopedic surgeons since and it’s been concluded that the procedure caused soft tissue damage. Most likely a torn ligament or tendon but they can’t tell unless they operate on my foot. Dr Pearle stands behind she did nothing wrong. This is even more ludicrous bc it’s the exact spot she inserted the probe. I was so hopeful but wish I could go back in time and never have this done.

My experience has been excellent. I travelled across the country to see Dr. Pearl and was impressed with her deep knowledge of Morton's Neuromas and her assessment of how to best treat them. I was told on the front end that it could take 2-3 treatments. After the 1st treatment, it probably took 6 weeks before I felt much improvement. After ~10 weeks I the Neuroma was ~50% improved. After conversation with Dr. Pearl's staff I decided to return for a 2nd treatment. I'm so glad that I did. I'm now 3+ months post my 2nd treatment. My foot is 80+% healed. From where I started, to where I am now, is incredible. I wasn't able to walk outside to retrieve my mail without pain. Today, unless I take a long walk or play 18 holes of golf, I no longer think about my foot. I highly recommend Dr. Pear and the Center for Morton's Neuroma.
