I saw Dr. Kacker at Metrowest Urology with some concerns. After ample testing and a thorough consult, he connected me with Kelly Yi at Metrowest Medical Wellness. I have had multiple sessions of Emsculpt Neo. I have seen results! And Kelly is so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Not as expensive as other "boutiques" offering this service. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to MetroWest Medical Wellness for the past six months for Emsculpt treatment for my abs. I’m happy to say the results have been pretty good, and I’ve lost a lot of abdominal fat. Also the staff there especially Pam , are so friendly and accessible, it’s always fun to be there, and they make you look forward for your sessions. I highly recommend Metrowest Medical Wellness where you get the best of medical treatment without any hospital atmosphere- if you know what I mean!

I am so pleased with my results after coming into the office for my treatments! I’m 5 months postpartum after having twins and I’m beginning to feel like myself again because of how much the treatments worked. Pam is an absolute sweetheart! She made every experience great and really made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain how everything works. Dr. Kacker also took the time to introduce himself. The two of them make a great team! Highly recommend coming here if you want to look great and feel great!

I can't recommend Metrowest Medical Wellness highly enough. I called initially to get info about their services, and the person who answered the phone was informative and sincerely caring; I asked a lot of questions, and she patiently provided me with a lot of helpful info. The provider I met with impressed me by her ability to get to the heart of the issue and to recommend treatments that have worked extremely well for me. I am in the best shape of my life and I feel incredible, and I couldn't have done this without the team at Metrowest Medical Wellness.

Beware of the Wellness and Semaglutide Service I had a highly disappointing experience with their wellness and semaglutide service. They advertise a $49 clinician consultation, but I was charged $400 for a video call. Despite paying the premium, I left with no clear answers to basic questions like, “What’s the next step? What should be my dose, and how much will it cost?” After three weeks of back-and-forth communication, I was scheduled for yet another call—this time just to discuss the price of the medication. I ended up canceling it, as I didn’t want to pay another $400 just to understand their pricing. Throughout this experience, I was given conflicting information. Here’s a snippet of one conversation I had: • Me: “Why are you charging $900 for three months when WeightWatchers charges $180 per month?” • Representative: “That’s for their starting dose. Our price includes dose increases.” • Me: “But the doctor recommended I start at a higher dose. Does that mean my cost stays at $300 per month?” • Representative: “No, you’ll run out of medicine sooner. You’ll need to schedule another call with the doctor to discuss pricing.” In the end, I switched to WeightWatchers and received my medication in just two days. I’ll be informing my PCP not to recommend this place to other patients. Edit: I moved this review from the MetroWest urology site after talking to Dr.Kacker. I was told that he is taking my feedback into consideration
