I was so nervous before my first session and they helped relax my nerves and let me know exactly what to expect. The staff at HMS are experts at what they do and make patients feel comfortable and guide them through the process with kindness and compassion. They made an unpleasant experience much more tolerable - almost enjoyable even - while maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards. If you need hyperbaric treatment, HMS is world class.

I was diagnosed this year with prostate cancer and was looking for solutions to maximize my healing journey from prostate surgery. Research strongly shows that hyperbaric oxygen therapy can dramatically improve surgical outcomes. Before my surgery I met with Rosemary and was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the capabilities of Hyperbaric Medical Solutions. I have just completed the 27th of my 40 treatments and my doctor can't believe how far I have already progressed after just six weeks following my radical prostatectomy. Everyday I look forward to going not only for the treatment but for the kindness and caring I receive for everyone there.

I decided to begin HBOT after developing a necrotic wound following surgery. From the moment I called the office, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt comforted by the woman’s voice. She clearly explained what I needed to do and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, I was extremely nervous because I had never experienced anything like this before, but I knew the treatment was necessary to help my wound heal. The staff recognized my anxiety and took their time with me every step of the way, showing patience, kindness, and professionalism that truly eased my fears. Throughout each visit, they made sure I understood the process, checked in on me constantly, and created an environment where I felt safe and cared for. I have now been coming in every day for treatment, and the consistency of their compassion has been remarkable. Every staff member has been welcoming and supportive, and I am forever grateful for the care I’m receiving during such a stressful time. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, which brings even more comfort. What stands out just as much is how knowledgeable the staff is—they explain every step clearly, answer questions confidently, and review safety protocols thoroughly before each session. They make the entire procedure feel incredibly safe, professional, and easy to trust. Their expertise, attention to detail, and genuine concern for patient well-being truly set them apart.
