I decided to begin HBOT after developing a necrotic wound following surgery. From the moment I called the office, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt comforted by the woman’s voice. When I arrived, I was extremely nervous because I had never experienced anything like this before, but I knew the treatment was necessary to help my wound heal. Throughout each visit, they made sure I understood the process, checked in on me constantly, and created an environment where I felt safe and cared for. I have now been coming in every day for treatment, and the consistency of their compassion has been remarkable.
