About this clinic

The practice offers platelet-rich plasma injections, prolotherapy, and shockwave therapy for musculoskeletal and joint conditions, delivered via ultrasound-guided and minimally invasive techniques. Treatment focuses on soft-tissue injuries, tendinopathy, and osteoarthritis, with an emphasis on regenerative orthobiologics as an alternative to corticosteroid injections or surgery. Patients receive individualized evaluation and injection protocols tailored to their specific injury pattern and tissue type. The practice serves patients throughout the Greater Boston area seeking regenerative approaches to chronic pain and sports-related injury rather than purely symptom-management pathways.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Latzka and his staff at Boston Sports and Biologics. I've seen numerous orthopedics over the years for pain above my knee with no improvement or answers. Dr. Latzka took the time to investigate and was able to identify via ultrasound that I had mass in the fat pad above my knee cap - something that was never mentioned by previous orthopedics or imaging reports. Dr. Latzka was able to order the appropriate studies and refer me to another provider where it was later determined that the mass was in fact cancerous. Because of Dr. Latzka I am now getting the proper care. I am beyond thankful to have found Dr. Latzka and his team.

I traveled from Philadelphia to Boston to have carpal tunnel surgery. I am very glad I did since I don't think I could have found a better doctor than Dr. Latzka. He was very personable and explained in detail how the surgery would be done. I had surgery 8:00 in the morning and by the time I got home at 6:00 PM the same day I had no paid. And my fingers have already begun to heal. Like I said the time and effort spent traveling fore this surgery was well worth it.

Was suffering for over 2 years with calcium deposits and Bursitis on my left hip. Was referred by my surgeon to have the Tenex procedure done. Non-invasive procedure, walked into the operating room and walked out to drive myself home. Missed only 2 weeks of work. Now 4 months later about 80 percent of my original pain is gone. Dr. Latzka and his team are great. Excellent presentation on what to expect along the way. Very caring and professional! Loved my experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
