I absolutely love Vita Hydration! The space itself feels so welcoming and relaxing — the perfect place to recharge and invest in my wellness. I’ve enjoyed trying the IV drips, IM shots, salt room, sauna, and red light therapy, and every experience has left me feeling refreshed and cared for. Alana is wonderful - she’s so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping her clients feel their best. I look forward to every visit and highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritize their health and well-being!

I had a great session at the infrared sauna for 30min, you really do put in a sweat in that box. It’s about $28 per session for 30 min but you can package for 6 session for $150 which is nice to have in case you plan on doing this often. It’s clean in the rooms and you’re by yourself so it’s nice to have some alone time.
