Dr. Hafiz is honestly a miracle doctor. I came it with some pretty debilitating back pain. I could barely get through a work day. I was recommended to Dr. Hafiz through a friend and after meeting him I knew I was in the right place. I had gone to the office for some chiropractic sessions and was open to acupuncture. Within just a few appointments I felt amazing. We had figured out that my pain was caused due to a lumbar curve issue in my back. Dr. Hafiz knew what to do and how to continue with treatment and support. I work with animals and have to lift dogs quite a bit so I put quite a bit of strain on my back daily. I've been seeing him for 2 months now and my back pain is almost completely gone. I feel amazing and like a new person. I now go to him to help with some foot pain I had been having that has recently flared up. I have been told by foot doctors that I just need better shoes and probably have athletes foot. I felt discouraged and never really brought it up much to doctors. Dr. Hafiz heard me talk about it and immediately got to work to figuring out why. He found a very specific and tender spot on my calf that was incredibly painful with pressure. He then knew immediately what would be needed to help me specifically. He worked with me with the use of acupuncture and I again am amazed by how good I feel. I feel so much better and like I can function again. I cannot recommend Dr. Hafiz enough. He understands you to a level where your treatment and sessions are truly curated to you and your pain. If you have any part of your body that you feel pain in, please consider visiting him, he can do so much more than help back pain. A true miracle doctor in my opinion.

I went to Jamiel after 18 months of back pain due to an accident. I had been treated with oral steroids, three cortisone shots, PT and chiropractic adjustments. Although it was better, I still had limited mobility and the dull ache of back pain. I was told i needed pain management for my "new normal" and i doubted i would be able to play golf which i love. Someone recommended Patapsco Integrative Medicine and I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! After 3 months of treatment--acupuncture, back adjustments and exercises-- I am now mostly pain free and was even able to play nine holes. Best recommendation ever!
