Justin Ely, LAc, was hands-down the most genuine, caring, and helpful practitioner I spoke with. While calling around trying to get testing and treatment for what appears to be a pretty debilitating case of Lyme + co-infections, almost everyone else just felt like they were trying to sell me something. Justin was different—he took the time to talk with me, answered my calls even when I wasn’t sure if I’d pursue treatment with him, and genuinely made himself available. What really blew me away was that he went out of his way to sign up for a specific testing service I requested and ordered the labs I wanted completely free of charge—something other practitioners were charging $300+ for. I’m seriously impressed by his integrity. If I didn’t need to relocate to be closer to family for support with my symptoms, I would start care with Justin in a heartbeat. 5 starts is not enough my friend.
