Called three times. Once at 11am when they open. Again at 11:30 and at noon when my appointment was scheduled. All 3 times I went to voice-mail. I live an hour and a half away. She had no consideration for the time i spent driving here. I had to reschedule so this review is solely based on communication. Will update my review on Thursday after I actually receive services. Hate giving bad reviews to small buisness but I really felt neglected and ignore. I was trying to call because I was running late. I wanted to see if I should still come in or reschedule. No one picked up and I wasted a complete day and now I have to call out of work to come back. Even when I was trying to schedule an appointment, it literally took 4 calls for someone to finally answer. I am not happy with her and very angry with the communication/service I have received thus far. UPDATE: She's a wonderful and sweet woman. Genuinely cares about the mental health of her clients. She throughly explained the process step by step. I came into the appointment triggered and by the end of it I was leaving relaxed. For contacting her, it is best to email her. She's a one person buisness so I understand now why she's not able to pick up the phone as often as she likes. Keep this in mind as I did not know the first time I came.
