I had a DiamondGlow facial appointment at LifeMed this past Saturday, and let me just say, the entire LifeMed team is absolutely incredible! About 45 minutes into my 1.5-hour drive from Potomac (yes, I’m that willing to make the trip because LifeMed is just that fabulous), I got a flat tire. I tried to push through (stopping at two different gas stations to add air to my severely leaking tire) just so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. When I realized I wasn’t going to make it, I called, and the sweetest personnel answered. She was so kind and immediately tried to help me reschedule for later that day. Unfortunately, the leak was too bad, and I had to give up on making it. When I called back, the same wonderful personnel assisted me again with such patience and compassion. To top it off, the manager personally called me today to make sure everything was taken care of and even went above and beyond to coordinate with the LifeMed in Columbia, which is closer to me. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness from everyone I spoke with was unmatched. LifeMed truly has the absolute sweetest staff, and I can’t recommend them enough for all your supreme face card needs. They’ve definitely earned a loyal client in me!

I decided to take control of my health this year, and LifeMed helped me get to where I want to be. Right when I walk through the door I am greeted with smiles from a very attractive and knowledgeable staff, Cierra is the best! Dan greatly helped me by going over my bloodwork in detail, and giving me recommendations to achieve my goals. A big shout out to Autumn, who is always ready with my weekly injection. It's always a pleasure to see Alisha, who is so knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions.
