I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Linzi and Upper Peninsula Natural Wellness. Not only has this place played a huge role in my weight loss journey, but it has also helped me get off mood-stabilizing prescriptions I had been on for years. That alone has been life-changing. My allergies have improved so much, my energy is up, and my stress levels are way down. They truly look at the whole picture — stress, health, overall well-being — not just one symptom. In the beginning of January 2026 I finally had enough of being overweight, constant headaches, mental and physical fatigue. I could hear my body screaming for help at night when things got quiet. Just recently turning 40 made me realize that I needed to take charge of my health. I knew this was going to be hard work but I wanted to do this naturally and give my body what it needs by clean eating and making the right choices. I contacted Dr. Linzi and we scheduled an appointment to get my body on track. Dr.Linzi listened to me and not only understood everything I was saying but noted it and came up with a plan that was specific to my mind, body, and spirit! In about 6 weeks I went from 347 lbs to 321lbs, my blood pressure drastically went down, and my headaches have disappeared. I went from feeling like I was drowning on the inside to having energy and the willpower to really understand just how important clean eating and taking care of yourself really is! My habits of over eating and over consumption of sugar and processed foods are now replaced by an anti inflammatory diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats and so on. I have completely given up alcohol. Time spent after work drinking is now time spent at the gym or going for walks. Dr. Linzi showed me the way and I won’t be looking back! The only thing I wish I could do over was going to see her ALOT sooner than I did. Dr. Linzi has helped guide me and given me the tools that I needed to become the best version of myself mentally and physically.

Dr. Linzi is authentic, knowledgeable, caring, & she listens to you! She has been such a blessing to me in teaching me new ways to take care of my own health. The energy she puts into helping me is appreciated more than I can say. Also, Dr. Linzi’s staff are all kind, professional, & efficient! I highly recommend Upper Peninsula Natural Wellness!!
