I reached out to this practice in March of 2025 about starting therapy. The woman I interacted with via email was very polite. I completed all the intake paperwork and sent pictures of my insurance card, and I was told a therapist would reach out to me to set up my first appointment. Well, it's August now and still no one has reached out about setting up an appointment. I never even got the chance to speak to a therapist! I recently sent a follow-up email to let them know I never heard from anyone and they haven't responded to that either. As someone who's worked in mental health care before, this is shady and unprofessional. I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time trying to be a new patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Patty Dicmann at Expanse for about a year. She is attentive listener, warm, open, flexible, and willing to suggest creative approaches to problems. Thankfully she does not spout the usual mental health cliches current these days.
