⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience at Optimum Health in Inver Grove Heights! After a nasty e-biking accident that landed me in the hospital for three days, I began my recovery with Danny and Matt, and they were amazing throughout the entire process. They introduced me to their red light therapy, and I couldn’t believe the results. Doctors told me it would take 4–5 months to heal certain injuries, but with their care and the therapy, I made an incredible recovery in just one month! The benefits have been truly life-changing. I’m so grateful for the care, knowledge, and encouragement Danny and Matt provided. I highly recommend Optimum Health to anyone recovering from an injury or looking to support their overall wellness!

I booked a 30 minute session for Optimum’s PEMF Therapy for soreness in my upper back. I would highly recommend it! The building was very clean and well organized. The Owner Danny was very helpful/informed on all of his services and what it can do for my health. I will be going back soon to try out the Sauna and cold tub. They have fair pricing with a full package of health and wellness services!
