I can’t thank the movement team enough for everything they have done and continue to do. From the moment I walked in it was clear that the team is extremely knowledgeable, but they also take the time to explain each treatment in a way that’s easy to understand. The team’s approach at assessing posture, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors have helped personalize a care plan that addresses the root cause of my discomfort rather than just masking my symptoms. ALL of the staff members are extremely attentive and listen, check in regularly, are extremely flexible, and offer advice on exercise and economics. I’ve never felt rushed or treated just like another patient. Instead, I feel valued and genuinely cared for in the hands of all of the staff. Overall, this team combines expertise, compassion, and authenticity in any healing journey. I highly recommend The Movement practice to anyone seeking effective, personalized chiropractic care.

Great experience! I hurt my back at the gym and came in with a lot of pain and limited movement. After a few visits I felt a big improvement and was able to get back to normal. The staff was friendly, professional, and really cared about my recovery. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about The Movement Chiropractic! Dr. J is absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping his patients feel their best. He takes the time to explain things and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The staff is just as wonderful—always warm, welcoming, and friendly, which makes every visit such a positive experience. And I have to mention Henry, their sweet dog—he’s the cutest little greeter and makes the atmosphere even more inviting. If you’re looking for chiropractic care with a personal touch, The Movement Chiropractic is the place to go. Highly recommend!
