Shalom Medicine

I had a hydrotherapy session at Shalom Medicine and it was absolutely incredible. The entire experience was deeply relaxing and restorative—I walked out feeling calmer, lighter, and truly cared for. Dr. Jess was phenomenal: kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything, made me feel completely at ease, and created such a peaceful environment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their whole-person health. I’m so grateful for this experience and highly recommend Shalom Medicine, especially hydrotherapy with Dr. Jess.

Dr Jess was just great. She listened to me. She had taken the time to read over my medical history that I had printed and dropped off the week be for the appointment. She asked good questions. She took notes on the things we were discussing. I had several issues we were dealing with. I feel confident that we will get me improving over time. I personally had a stroke last March and am recovering from a prolapse surgery in December. We are addressing both issues. I highly recommend her. Especially if you want to use more alternative method. She selected several homeopathic remedies that we are trying out. 5 stars from me.

I originally reached out to Dr. Jess because my 2 year old son started getting severe eczema symptoms and I was not happy with the treatment options we had been given from a prior doctor. I knew there had to be a more holistic route. Since working with Dr. Jess, his symptoms have greatly improved. I also started seeing her for my other son when he was 6 months old to help with his digestion and create a plan to introduce foods appropriately for him to help support his gut the best way possible. I have appreciated the way she has made me feel heard and validated my feelings. We were able to come up with a plan together that helped support both of my sons and has helped put my whole family on a better and healthier path. I feel like we are entering a new chapter for our family. My sons eczema symptoms have greatly improved and I have learned so much on how to support his body and our whole families bodies in general. So grateful to have found Dr. Jess!
