Compassionate care that ensures a safe aging-in-place environment for your loved one. My Mother had her first acute care need at the age of 82, and making sure her home was safe for her return was a priority. DJ, Ryan, and Jeanie worked in conjunction with the staff at Lenior and our family to make sure that happened. I am a trained medical professional, but dealing with your family can be different. They ensured I didn't miss a step and helped alleviate my anxiety about that responsibility. 10/5 if I could give it!

"Excellence" is the best word to describe what Navigate Wellness delivers. If you read nothing else in my review, just know that you should hire Navigate Wellness to help you with the care of yourself or your loved one. My elderly mother who lives in a nursing facility recently had a hospital stay which resulted in a significant shift in her ability to care for herself. Her hospital discharge came just one day before I was to leave town for several days, and I needed to know that someone would be looking out for my mom's medical interests as keenly as I would while I was away. Although the nursing facility staff does an adequate job of caring for her, with her having just been released from the hospital and dealing with significant pain problems, I wanted to know that someone would be there as extra support. The team at Navigate Wellness did a fantastic job caring for Mom. She really liked the staff that cared for her and I had peace of mind knowing that she had everything that she needed. The staff even called or texted me after their visits to give me an update. If you engage Navigate Wellness to help you or a family member, you will not only have excellent, caring service, but you'll also have gained new friends who truly care about you or your loved one.

Navigate Wellness has been essential in helping my mom and I transition her to living alone. The companion care services that my mom receives have helped her maintain her independence. On top of that, I know that if we need additional support, Navigate Wellness will be there to provide it.
