Ozone Therapy clinics in Missouri
This page lists ozone therapy clinics across Missouri, and supply is uneven. The Kansas City and St. Louis metros carry most of the state's ozone therapy capacity, with a smaller presence near Springfield and Columbia. Lee's Summit sits within the Kansas City metro's southeastern suburbs, so a search centered there points back to that metro's broader clinic list rather than a separate market. Rural Missouri, including the bootheel, the northern counties and the Ozark interior, has little or no capacity, and patients there should expect a drive of an hour or more, or a trip across the state line into Kansas or Illinois.
Missouri has no distinct statute governing ozone therapy itself. The treatment is generally delivered in physician offices, integrative medical practices or wellness clinics, and who may administer it follows the general scope of practice rules for injectable or infusion based services: a licensed physician or physician assistant directing care, with a nurse or other clinician administering under appropriate order and supervision. Ozone therapy is not FDA approved for the wellness uses many clinics describe, and it is almost always a cash pay service in Missouri as elsewhere.
To verify a provider in Missouri, check the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts for a physician's or physician assistant's license and disciplinary history, and the Missouri State Board of Nursing for a nurse's license. These checks confirm a license is active; they will not tell you whether a specific protocol suits your diagnosis or is well run day to day.
Before booking anywhere in the state, ask who will administer the treatment and who supervises them, what is being infused and where it comes from, and how the clinic discloses risks in writing. Ask what happens if the treatment does not help, and request an itemized quote separating consultation, testing, treatment and any add on services.
This list's order is not for sale. Featured placements are labeled and limited in number, and a Verified label reflects credential checks rather than any payment. Regenerated.com is free for patients to use, and appearing in this directory is not an endorsement of any clinic or its claims.

Regulatory context
A note on Missouri's ozone therapy rules.
The "other" category is a catchall for regenerative wellness modalities with inconsistent federal oversight. Red light therapy devices (photobiomodulation) have narrow FDA 510(k) clearances for acne, muscle pain, and wound healing, not systemic regeneration. Whole-body cryotherapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical indication and received an FDA safety communication in July 2016 warning of asphyxiation, frostbite, and burn risks. Ozone therapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical use and the FDA has stated ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application. Condition-specific regenerative offerings (hair restoration with minoxidil or finasteride, ED care beyond PDE5 inhibitors and shockwave) have varying approval depending on route and drug source.
-
Missouri Medical Practice Act (Mo. Rev. Stat. Ch. 334)
Defines practice of medicine and delegation rules for wellness settings. -
Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts Rules (20 CSR 2150)
Governs physician oversight of injectables, lasers, and device-based procedures.
The Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts investigates unlicensed practice and scope violations at wellness clinics. Ozone and chelation clinics making disease-treatment claims risk board action. The Attorney General pursues deceptive health claims under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. Enforcement is moderate and complaint-driven.
