As soon as you step foot into this practice, you feel tranquility and peace. The atmosphere is very calming. I am naturally an anxious person, but the atmosphere is so relaxing, it makes it easy to relax effortlessly. The staff is very knowledgeable in natural healing and products. Anyone would be at peace as you learn to really take care of our God given temple. Self-care doesn’t have just one look, it’s a host of many factors for a healthier you!! I would definitely recommend any and everyone to give this establishment a chance, you will not regret your decision to Shift Your Health and Wellness! Thank you Shift Health Wellness

EXCITING EXPERIENCE at The Shift Health & Wellness! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shift Health & Wellness for a colonic session, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warmth and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The ambiance of the spa was soothing and tranquil. The colonic session itself was conducted by a highly skilled practitioner who ensured that I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. It truly put my mind at ease. Ms. Sharon was amazing. Firstly, the ambience was so peaceful and tranquil. Having such a procedure done may be anxiety provoking to some but she took her time and explained everything.
