The Doctor seems very good based on her accomplishments and reviews. I was in the same exact boat as Sonya. Also, I had difficulty getting called back and the person on the phone always seemed so frustrated with something-maybe it’s me, maybe it’s an overworked and understaffed front desk, maybe they need appointments in the door? I don’t know, they didn’t say. Like Sonya, my labs were done at my primary care docs (I am often out of state for work travel and get to appts when I can) but I had some tingling/numbness in my lips and could feel my levels were off. The labs were sent and I was told by the front desk I had to be seen to get my prescription corrected. No information on why. Got a new Endo today.

Let me start by saying that I have been a patient at this clinic for the past two years to manage my thyroid condition. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the service I have received, as it has not been professional at all. The clinic closes for lunch and often reopens late, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, it is challenging to track down staff to receive my results, which is frustrating. This is just one of the many issues I have experienced, including the need to see someone in person each time for simple blood work. Why when all is needed is my blood? I am not sure what exactly is going on here, but I sincerely hope that the clinic improves its services for future clients. Professionalism and timely care are essential, and I hope the clinic can address these concerns promptly.

I had my very first visit today and it went excellent. I’m a little apprehensive when meeting a new doctor but I was blown away with the kindness and efforts I received. I look forward to creating an amazing relationship with everyone in the office.
