As goggle certified reviewer, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I asked the nurses for my medical records (on a recorded line) and they refused to give me my information as they told me to “have my attorney call them”. Why do I need another man or woman to get what belongs to me? I still have my prescription bottles and paperwork from this office as verification.

I’ve worked in the medical field for 8+ years. I scheduled with Dr. Cole to try and get my migraines under control and while I do appreciate his attempt to treat other issues in my life I told him REPEATEDLY I did not want to take narcotic pain medication yet he did NOT listen and RX it anyway. He also wanted me to have two other test that a neurologist would typically perform so I’m still confused on why he would refer out for those. I ended up cancelling follow ups and just scheduling with a different neurologist. Further I waited 2 hours before the front desk staff even “input” my information into their system so that my chart could be pulled by the nurse and I know this because I very politely checked in and front desk staff not so politely told me. The front desk staff was the absolute rudest that I have ever encountered in my life. If you hate your job, find another. I can imagine they encounter some not so nice people working in pain management but they also encounter some people who truly need compassion more than most. I would give zero stars if possible. Schedule at your own risk!! Be prepared to spend the day and be treated like an inconvenience.

I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option. The front desk staff at MS Paint & Migraine are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every visit feels like a hassle just walking through the door. The young ladies at the front clearly lack basic customer service skills—no greeting, no warmth, and an overall bad attitude. It’s disappointing and frustrating, especially when you’re already not feeling your best.
The only redeeming part of this clinic is TJ. He is thorough, professional, and truly cares about his patients. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t bother coming back. Management really needs to address the front desk behavior—it’s a terrible first impression for a medical office.

staff are friendly, and informative. no long waiting periods. I'd rate them a 10 on a 1-10 scale. 1 being the least 10 being the best in overall service time spent from the time you sign in until the time you've seen the Dr and discussed your treatment/ progress, and in my case physical therapy plans/ options.
