Ladies at front desk are so very friendly and helpful. Vein Institute in Hattiesburg is the Best! Thank you very much for making this surgery easy and not scary!

The BEST & MOST PROFESSIONAL medical office in ALL of Hattiesburg! This team is about RESULTS. They don't play around... unless they like you, and then they may play around a little 😉 GOTTA keep it LIGHT sometimes...ESPECIALLY when things are SO HEAVY when you carry the weight of a medical condition that really gets you down!! Dr. Thompson KNOWS HIS STUFF!! He is way more knowledgeable than my previous vein Dr. at a VERY POPULAR and well-respected medical facility in Hattiesburg. They could NEVER have done for me what this office has been able to do. Callie and Logan are PRECIOUS! I just love them BOTH. They both really love what they do. You can tell. They are also very relatable and make you feel very comfortable no matter what is happening. At some point you just become their friend. When they hold your hand through difficult times, you cannot help but appreciate them for all that they do!!! Last but NOT LEAST, Alicia has been such a wonderful addition to the team. She is SO GOOD at what she does. She has cleared my legs up so much with my schlero treatment. It's a PROCESS... You gotta trust the process even when it's not always easy to do... just KNOW that if you do your part, they will do theirs. BUT as I said, this team is about RESULTS, AND i have DEFINITELY gotten good results. This will be a lifelong relationship as a patient with Venous Insufficiency, but with these fine folks on my team, I have no doubt WHATSOEVER that I am getting the BEST CARE possible. Sometimes, IT SUCKS, AND IT HURTS!! IT'S NOT ALL BEEN EASY... Sometimes you wanna cry and complain.... but they UNDERSTAND. That's what makes them so great. It's not an easy diagnosis. It's not ALWAYS an easy treatment, BUT when it's hard, I know I have a team that cares and will do all they can to make my experience COUNT towards my goals. Good or bad, they got my back. THANK YOU ALSO to everyone else that works in the office. The front desk staff are also so kind and helpful. They will NOT let you forget an appointment, and if you need to reschedule, as long as it's within 24 hours of the visit, they will work with you , NO PROBLEM, AND no questions asked. They just make it happen! THANK YOU GUYS!!

Dr. Thompson and his entire team are outstanding. Everyone works in unison and communication is excellent. Very pleased with making appointments and results of treatments. Kudos to everyone.
