Dr. Fragedakis was instrumental in my healing process. I started seeing her specifically for TMJ/TMD issues as recommended by another doctor. She helped me work through my trauma, provided practical daily tools to manage stress, and insight into how I hold tension in my jaw/neck and how to relax. She is kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. I am in a much better place physically and mentally since meeting with her over a few months.
