I have had a stellar experience at Prism Wellness. I recently went through ketamine infusions at a local clinic, and needed facilitation to help with the intensity of the sessions, as well as help and support with post-session integration. I was looking for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and was so glad to find Prism Wellness nearby. I booked with Eliza Burgess, and she’s honestly been a godsend. She helped me mentally and emotionally prepare for the infusions, and her steady support gave me the confidence and sense of safety I needed to get the most out of each session. Our follow-up appointment afterward was especially helpful for integrating what came up. I’ll be doing a few maintenance ketamine sessions in 2026, and I’m really grateful Eliza will be my guide through it all. As a therapist, Eliza is compassionate, highly knowledgable, and very personable. She truly makes the experience a safe space to open up and I find that she guides me to insights I never might have come to on my own. I highly recommend her for psychotherapy and / or Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. As far as Prism Wellness goes, I find that the practice operates very well. The onboarding of new patients is seamless, and their digital check-in process in the waiting room is quick and easy. I also enjoy the music, especially the sound bath recordings.Overall an A+ experience.

I go to therapy here and it is AMAZING!! My therapist Colleen is so kind and patient with me and has really helped me with my mental health journey. They’re very LGBTQ+ friendly too which is very much needed in the world right now. 10/10 would recommend!! :)
