Cary Holistic Health

I have been treating with Cary Holistic (specifically Dr. Cole) for about 3 months and have noticed great improvements regarding constipation, bloating, high pancreatic enzymes and several other GI related issues. I’ve also seen improvements re: different blood markers. We are likely assessing hormone issues next. Dr. Cole is a book of knowledge and cares about her patient’s health and well being. My story was a little different when I started treating with Dr. Cole in the sense that I already ate super clean and had a consistent workout regimen. However, Dr. Cole has been able to recommend some dietary changes and supplements that have improved several negative symptoms. I am hopeful these will be long term improvements and will report back. My mom treated with Dr. Maggie who really helped her improve her health also.

Going through the program at Cary Holistic Health was truly a game changer. The team is extremely knowledgeable and supportive of your health goals. A strong level of motivation, commitment and discipline are required, but it has changed my life forever. Inflammation and joint pain faded away, energy has been restored and I feel rebalanced. Dr. Cole's knowledge is unmatched. I have never had such thorough review of labs explaining the "why" and the support to make changes.

Holistic Health Team, I want to thank you all for the support, encouragement, guidance, and knowledge I've received throughout this journey. I entered into this program looking for a healthy and holistic approach to getting my life back, as I was feeling discouraged, unmotivated, low in energy, and defeated both mentally and physically. I had gained 30 lbs of excess weight that seemed impossible to lose, despite consistent exercise and healthy eating and just felt "bad" from the inside, which was evident on the outside. It didn’t take long to realize—just four months into the program—that my eating habits weren’t as healthy as I thought. I now have significantly more energy and motivation, have gained a deeper understanding of proper nutrition and what is in the foods we eat, and have lost 25 lbs along the way. I feel healthier and stronger in both mind and body, my skin has improved tremendously, my natural glow has returned, and I’m making positive changes not just for myself, but for my family as well. This program has sparked genuine curiosity and interest not only in me, but also in my husband and children—so much so that my husband now wants to begin the program himself.
