I’ve had the privilege of working with Amy Wildwood since the very beginning of her career, and watching her evolve into her own practice, Somatic Collaborative, has been inspiring. Amy has created something truly unique and heartfelt—an approach that goes far beyond traditional talk therapy.
Her work is guided by intuition, somatic awareness, and holistic methods that have helped me navigate deeply rooted emotions and trauma in a way I didn’t know was possible. She has helped me reconnect with my body and understand my feelings on a profound level.
The practice itself reflects the same intentionality she brings to her sessions: it’s comfortable, beautifully unique, and incredibly accommodating. Every session feels welcoming, grounded, and safe.
I am genuinely grateful for the support and transformation I’ve experienced with Amy. Her impact on my life has been deeply positive, and I can’t recommend her enough.

I have worked with Amy at Somatic Collaborative for over a year. In this work together I have created a new relationship with my trauma, my body and my emotions. I truely feel safe in my own space and in the world, for the first time in my 70 years on this earth. This somatic work has given me an opportunity to step out of my story and view my very sensitive nervous system with respect and awe. Amy has helped me to understand that I "AM NOT BROKEN". And most importantly to learn how to understand and use the messages from my nervous system as a guide.
The environment at the Collaborative is respectful, healing and safe. I am grateful to have found Amy and the Somatic Collaborative.

Amy holds a compassionate and warm, loving presence during her KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) sessions, and I can't make a higher recommendation. She is attentive to individual needs around music, comfort, and consent-based touch, all of which are important components of each KAP session. She's passionate about her work and it shows!

TL/DR; Jordan Berger individual counseling; Best therapy possible. Safest space. Inclusive. Really somatic. Not just another talk therapy. Wow is she talented. Extremely professional. Ethical standards, pricing, etc.
I can't believe it took me so long to write a review! I have been seeing Jordan Berger, who does individual counseling with somatic collaborative, for about 2.5 years now. I am in immense debt to her work and hoping to pass it on somehow (although I'm still going, so I'm saving my slot!! hehe).
I am embarrassed to write how good the therapy is knowing she will see me online gushing about her!! It is literally life changing. Very LGBTQIA+ inclusive. Trauma informed. But the work itself, even though it's "talk therapy" (as in, not massage or where the practitioner directly touches you), it really feels like a massage for my nervous system and I leave every session worn out and worked out in the best way. She does have weighted blankets, weights, scents, etc. Oh and the cutest snack bar and tea bar!!!
There is like, "Oh this is 5 stars" and then there is like "OMG, 10 Stars" and then there is like a more matter-of-fact ... "I've literally been coming weekly for 2.5 years, everything about my life has changed, I'm still going, I can just tell you that it works, please go change your life" which is what I'm trying to tell you now.
There are also people who you can just tell are incredibly professional and talented. In all my appointments, Jordan has always been ready on time, professional, and I've never left feeling like she didn't give me 100%. That is extremely rare in a world where people are mailing it in left and right. She's also just really talented, you can tell it's the work she's meant to be doing.
Plus she is super duper ethical. I remember signing her first contract years ago and it was like "These are the warning signs of a therapist abusing power with you. If you see any of these out of me, you are advised to report me to the therapist board" or something like that. I obviously have no reason to report anything other than how great she is, but I find the safest people are ones who advise you of your rights when you sign up, even to report them. And when she was on a sliding scale during an insurance transition for me, it was so ethical and transparent it was unreal. 100% will do her best to work with your insurance/finances although all practitioners need to get paid and eat, can't speak to her current pricing as she accepts my insurance.
In summary, there is no one else in my life who I can go to knowing it will be 100% safe, because people always have suggestions and ideas to fix you, but this is the one place I always feel safe no matter what.
Right now they don't seem to have many reviews, but I assume that's because they just incorporated into this practice recently.
