Dr Buchheit is born of the human breed that we seldom meet in this ironic, violent world. Empathic. I was thrilled when I secured an appointment with him. Orthopedic surgeons in New York raised their arms in despair upon viewing my images. The only option offered was two shoulder replacements. Uh, no was my reply. Dr. B was so highly recommended that I was confident of his skills and extensive work in regenerative medicine. When I arrived in NC, I was torn, and in chronic pain; All sleep positions were then impossible. I knew Dr. B would use his expertise to ensure that 7 years of horrific pain would end. I wasn't prepared for his charm and how he held healing with compassion as his standard. His technique was so flawless that I felt no pain during the treatments. The Trigen offices are expansive and overflowing with light. Dr. B's team were very professional and enjoyed their work. I can not recommend anyone like him. Dr. Buccheit is kind, thorough, and truly listens. He explains treatment options clearly and offers multiple approaches to accommodate budget, timeline for outcomes, and comfort. The staff are caring and responsive, and the facility has state-of-the-art equipment. I am so grateful for Dr. Buccheit and his team that I referred my mom, and she agrees they are exceptional!

I have suffered from sciatica for many years. I finally decided to go to Dr. Buchheit to seek some back pain relief. After a thorough consultation, he recommended cold laser treatments for me. After having these non-invasive treatments, my back pain is gone and I can now take long walk without having to stop and rest all the time. These treatments have been a game changer for me and my ability to exercise and do yard work.
