Arthritis Knee Pain Centers

I have been coming here for gel injections for an almost bone on bone knee problem. Many places you go to do 1 injection or a couple injections only. They do a series of injections over a period of time which is the best way to do it. It really has worked tremendously well and has alleviated my pain. Anything to postpone a knee surgery is well worth it! The staff and doctors are great. Very friendly office and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

Very professional staff and you are in and out of appointments very quickly. Gel injections have relieved my knee pain by 90+ percent! Looking forward for total pain relief soon.

Be prepared to spend quite a bit of time, overpay for your treatment, then get a refund (hopefully). Wife spent 2 hours at the facility answering a multitude of questions then they had to verify insurance to get treatment today. But wait, its time to shut down for an hour lunch. So after another hour, they came back with incorrect insurance coverage because we hadn't met the 9K family deductible. Of course not, she is an individual with a 3K. They wanted 5x the amount left for individual out of packet. I called insurance company, took for 30 minutes for insurance to contact the Center to verify only 3K. Center tells her, sorry we have to go by the family deductible AND now they needed to get pre-authorization. So why did they say she was getting injections today, waited for verification of insurance and tried to collect money if they needed a preauthorization? She was there for 4 hours and had to leave without treatment. Not a good process if they want positive customer experience/reviews.
