Nova Wellness is the real deal. The space is spotless, the team actually listens, and every service feels intentional and effective. I always leave feeling energized, clear, and taken care of. They break things down in simple terms, no upsell pressure, just real guidance that works. The consistency in their service is what keeps me coming back. If you want a place that actually supports your health goals and makes the whole process easy, this is it. I regularly utilize their light bed and sauna. On the days I’m feeling extra inspired contrast therapy which includes cold plunging really is a game changer. I travel quite a bit and workout a decent amount so Nova wellness is a great place for recovery and maintenance. NAD+ is a must do! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Nova Wellness while visiting Charlotte. I did an IV drip in their salt room, got a NAD+ injection, and did a cryo therapy session... The services were awesome and I will definitely be back. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and made the visit that much better!

I visited Nova when I was in town for business. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I received an IV and the nurse explained everything she was doing step by step. She made me feel comfortable and was constantly checking on me. I met with Dr. Statis to discuss all the health benefits Nova had to offer and she helped me pick out some products they have in their retail shop. The entire team was amazing, and I will definitely come to visit next time I'm in town. Thank you!
