About this clinic

Southeast Pain & Spine Care, a regenerative pain-management clinic in Tega Cay, North Carolina, specializes in platelet-rich plasma therapy for chronic musculoskeletal pain, joint conditions, and spine-related complaints. PRP leverages concentrated growth factors from a patient's own blood to support tissue repair and reduce inflammation in degenerative or injury-related conditions affecting the back, neck, shoulders, and joints. Treatment is individualized following a clinical evaluation, and the practice combines PRP with other interventional approaches to create comprehensive pain-management protocols. The clinic serves patients across the greater Charlotte region seeking regenerative alternatives to conventional pain management.

I have been under the care of Dr. Khan for the last several years for my back issues and I have been very satisfied with the treatment and level of care that I have received from him and his staff. I discussed not wanting to go on medication and wanted a different treatment option for my back pain and we agreed on other treatment options that would address my pain needs and get me the relief I needed. Dr. Khan’s team is wonderful to work with and do a wonderful job following up with me to make sure I was doing well after my treatments. I would recommend Dr. Khan to anyone that is in need of a pain management physician that listens to you and your needs and works with you to help with your treatment plan as much as possible. His knowledge and skill set are incredible and instantly put you at ease because you know he knows what he is talking about and can explain everything to you easily and his staff will hold your hand along the way the entire time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have been dealing with lower left back pain sciatica for a couple months now. I’m only 30 years old and have been to three different emergency rooms, ortho urgent care, ect in just the past two couple weeks due to the pain becoming so being so severe I can’t walk, sit, drive, etc. My family had to get back to work and was able to get me this appointment across the street that I can walk too since I can not currently work and am bedridden. It felt like my only hope. Was priced $144 for an appointment. Came in today and was charged over $200 and left with the same PT referral I got weeks ago (there is a waitlist and I can not drive due to muscle spasms). Don’t come here. Find other solutions.

I'm going to Edit this since my last review because this shouldn't have been a thing from the beginning. But, here we are. "Dr. Khan seems to be very friendly, he finally called me; and stated exactly what he should had stated the first initial visit It's the Dr. I had previously who has dropped the ball. Which I stated the first time I saw him but, he called me." I stand by my statement about the office. Your office reflects who you are . So, this is the rest of my ORIGINAL Post. His staff is horrible at the Ballantyne Rea Rd location. I have a spinal cord stimulator and I'm on medications. Prescribed by my previous Mathews Doctor I have seen for 5 years. The front desk girl never calls back she has hung up on us before. The nurses station for him, they never call back. Just terrible business. A month I've been dealing with this office and I've gotten nowhere but, frustration. But they were quick to take my $200 for a 10 minute visit. Plus you can never get Dr. Khan on the phone to speak to him. I pray no one has to live with Chronic pain that never leaves. CRP Pain Patient of 7 years: NEW: I was injured not by my doing. I paid 70K for this Spinal Cord Stimulator. I had Every Treatment for this under the book here. The Gangalia Needle shots 3x thru my neck into my chest were the most fun. I still have to be on medicine to help my Nerve Damaged Arm. MY pain feels like you have been hit in the Funny bone in your elbow with a Hammer. But, it never goes away. That is it's STATE of BEING. Imagine how that feels for 7 years day in and out. Ubylee Doctor Marino's office, I will go see tomorrow as to why he has put me in this horrible position. We also a Care taker Home for my wife's parents who live with us on top of this. We have time and money right? I Hate the Medical System in NC. Doctors hands are tied to provide help. But it still wants money just to talk to you. I can't find a Doctor here. I'm now going without a lot of Medications as of a few days ago. NC Medical is the last place to help a patient unless it's surgery. The surgeon's are wonderful here. It's the "REST" of your life after the surgery that get's you. That's my Google Review about any of Dr.s right now. It should be illegal.
