Leaving my initial consultation with Coordinator Alaina and I already feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. I was running late based on "reasons for needing to go" and she was so understanding. It was such a relief for someone to understand that I didn't want or intend to be late, but that it was out of my control. Her calm voice and way of explaining things in ways that make sense to the average person were very appreciated. She is even proactively taking on extra work/steps to help in my unique and unexpected situation. I'll update as the process continues. But Alaina gets 100% no matter what! 💚
