Mackenzie is a wonderful practitioner who really listens and wants you to have the best outcome possible. Blood panel and work up is very detailed as are recommendations to cure what ails you. Monthly membership is a little on the costly side but if you've exhausted traditional medicine with no relief she is well worth the price. Friendly demeanor and takes her time to answer all of your questions.

Over the past 15 years I have experienced varying levels of chronic health issues. I worked to educate myself and over the last 10+yrs have been mostly trying to manage these challenges on my own. This past summer I experienced a flare up of symptoms that I could not work out of on my own and decided to start a search for someone who could help me. I was so incredibly fortunate to have made the decision to schedule an appointment with Mackenzie Jones,DNP. I initially signed up for her one time systems review of my medical history along with comprehensive blood work. This was followed a couple of weeks later by an in depth 2hr consultation of the findings. That consultation exceeded my expectations and I decided at that meeting (with absolutely zero pressure or prompting) that I wanted to sign up for the one year membership. My experience over the past five months has been nothing short of 5 star. Mackenzie, her health coach, Justine and front desk administrator Ellie have shown me nothing but caring, kindness, patience, understanding and encouragement with every encounter (and there have been many)! I have asked So many questions in person and through the portal. The response has never been “make an appointment”, but rather extremely thoughtful and thorough responses. Communication is actually encouraged! I have never experienced this level of caring and communication in the medical profession. Best of all, I am turning the corner with my health issues. My energy is returning and other issues are resolving! I am so grateful for Breakthrough Functional Medicine/Mackenzie Jones, DNP and highly recommend this practice! * please note: This is not a primary care practice, but rather a practice to help you better understand your health and work with you to make improvements to your health.

What a wonderful and informative experience. McKenzie, Justine and Ellie were so caring. I learned so much and came away with tools to use everyday. Wilmington is lucky to have this practice.
