I was very happy and I am still very happy with the service that I received from Dr. Jessica and her other dentist that works in her office. I will be going back to see Dr. Jessica until my dental issues are resolved. I would suggest anybody who needs any kind of dental care. Should give Dr. Jessica a call or set up an appointment. The staff was very nice and the doctor was very good with someone who really has a phobia when it comes to dentistry.

I drove from out of town for my children to see a holistic dentist. They were due for their routine cleanings. They have healthy teeth and visit a dentist twice a year, every year since they had teeth for routine cleanings without ever having any issues. Since we are trying to be more natural minded and use more natural products, we decided to try a holistic dentist to avoid some of the less desirable products and practices used at traditional dentist offices. All of the staff were nice, so this review isnt based on any staff interactions we had. Our hygienist was good with the kids and answered all their questions and interacted with them well. However, the first thing they did was take full xrays of them, without me requesting them and having provided information for them to receive their most recent images from their previous dentist. They then polished their teeth and my kids were finished. They never were checked for any tartar buildup or did any type of cleaning, on either of my kids. Even after expressing concern about 1 of my kids having a difficult time removing tartar from the back of her front teeth. The dentist came in and looked over the kids teeth and said they were good and that was all. When I asked if he had any toothpaste recommendations, I was told Crest would be fine for this age. From a holistic, eliminating excess ingredients view, this was the not the recommendation I was expecting. After this appointment took only 30 minutes for both kids to be xrayed and polished by only 1 hygentist and 1 dentist, I was charged over $700. When leaving, I wasnt even asked if I wanted to schedule their next appointment in 6 months. I am beyond frustrated in the lack of cleaning my kids received, disappointed in the general unhealthy toothpaste recommendation offered and in disbelief they charged as much as they did for the lack of service we received. We will not be returning and will ensure our friends don't make the same mistake I have in falling for the fake holistic name.

I was very disappointed and saddened when I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jessica. I used to be her patient before I moved out of town, and when I returned, I hoped to see her again for a consultation. However, I was told that it was not possible without undergoing a full set of scans and X-rays. I explained that I have been going through extensive dental procedures for the past year and have already had multiple X-rays and scans completed — the most recent just a couple of weeks before I attempted to schedule with Dr. Jessica. Despite this, they insisted on doing all of their own imaging. For a consultation, I felt this was unnecessary. It seemed to me that the priority was money rather than patient care or understanding. My ongoing dental issues were the result of improper treatment from a previous dentist in Cary, NC, which was later confirmed by my oral surgeon. I have already spent nearly $20,000 because of these complications. That is why I needed a consultation first — to ensure that Dr. Jessica could help me complete the treatment. I specifically needed a dental bridge over a zirconia implant, and not all doctors are experienced with this technology. Overall, I left feeling unheard and disappointed.
