I love Dr. Sheridan! She is so attentive. She takes great notes from my appointments so she can seamlessly keep up with what's going on with me. And most importantly "SHE GETS ME!" She's very intuitive to my needs and constantly diagnoses and treats EVERY thing that I go to her for. I love Robinhood Clinic overall. The staff is great. The appointments are on time. Check in is easy and the waiting area is comfortable. Thank you RHC!!!!

Jason takes terrific care of me, focused on addressing all my various symptoms. He is friendly and interactive - partnering with me to improve my health. My other staff interactions are positive, everyone is efficient and friendly. Always a great experience, a caring environment that is different than the standard "big box" medical care where you a shuttled in and out like so much cattle.

I had an excellent experience at Robinhood Integrated Health, and I can’t say enough good things about Jason. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my concerns. He took his time to really listen and explain everything thoroughly, and I never once felt rushed. Jason made me feel comfortable and confident about my visit, and I truly appreciated the level of care and attention he provided. Highly recommend!

I was not impressed. Met with Dr. Craven. Felt like it was more of a rushed sales pitch appointment to buy supplements from their own store/pharmacy and expensive testing not covered by insurance. She immediately said my daughter had tardive dyskinesia caused by her current prescriptions. While I understand the more holistic approach, I felt she was very fast speaking in a sales pitch, hardly made eye contact and felt judged because my daughter was on several meds for ADHD. My daughter was bored and she didn't really talk to her at all/try to connect with her as a pediatrician. I was so confused with so much information when I left and the summary sent home was confusing. I sent a message the next day to clarify the costs and testing which she responded. I then asked if the tests were done at different times and received a short response and a message basically saying "back and forth emails" will be charged a fee. I felt cut off and basically not treated as a patient/person. They also charge a monthly "membership fee" because they are "private". Our current doc with Novant is EXTREMELY responsive with long emails and was amazed at her quick jump to assume tardive dyskinesia as a scare tactic. I called to cancel all appointments and explained I did not care for her harsh personality and to basically be cut off with follow up questions by being threatened with more "fees". Whoever I spoke to on the phone stated they completely understood what I meant. I reached out on our neighborhood Facebook page to which several others contacted me with not so great experiences too. Decision made.

We absolutely love Robinhood Integrative Health’s pediatric office! Every visit has been such a positive experience. We’ve seen Caroline Jones and Mary Yonjof so far, and both have been nothing short of amazing. They’re warm, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen. My husband and I always feel heard, supported, and validated, and we never feel rushed during appointments. They answer every question thoroughly and offer such thoughtful, evidence-based guidance. As first-time parents, that means everything to us. We feel completely confident in the care our son receives, and so grateful to have providers we trust so much. We’re so comfortable having this team care for our child — highly, highly recommend!
