I am loving the membership - so I can come unlimited times and use all of the services. The infrared sauna feels so good and I’m proud that I’ve done the cryotherapy🥶 for the benefits! Love the compression massage and the red light therapy is so beneficial! It’s easy to schedule, always clean and employees are very nice! So happy to have this available!

Love this place! Staff is suuuuper nice and the services make you feel amazing. The cryotherapy is so much benefit from just 3 minutes, so easy to fit into a busy schedule. I have done the red light and compression as well and also enjoyed that. the space is nice too, love the mural on the wall :)

My husband and I go to Asheville Cryotherapy & Recovery weekly and absolutely love it! We regularly use the infrared sauna, red light therapy, and compression. It's ’s become an essential part of our self care routine. Everything is convenient, easy to schedule, and runs smoothly. The space is clean, the treatments are effective, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s one of those places that just makes taking care of yourself feel simple and accessible.
