I have loved everything about my experience at Journey to Wellness. I have been doing ketamine infusions for a little over a month now and have had a noticeable difference in both my mental health and chronic pain. Jackie and Brittany are so kind. They make you feel comfortable and safe from beginning to end. I recommend this treatment to anyone considering it!

So glad Journey to Wellness is just a phone call away! I felt nervous the first time and both the receptionist and Jackie put me at ease. They were welcoming and calm. The interview was extensive and I/we decided to try the Exomind first because of my fear the more invasive ketamine infusion. After only two treatments I felt myself back to normal.

Since beginning my treatment with Jacqueline I have made leaps and bounds of progress in my trauma recovery. After the first treatment I experienced a peace I didn't even know could be felt. I am a healing from my issues not just treating the symptoms of my anxiety/depression. So thankful for this alternative option, my hope is that more people will seek this style of treatment as an option to help heal.

My Ketimine Journey October 12th, 2025

Welcome to My Ketimine Journey made possible by Journey to Wellness owner Jacqueline Materi located in Bismarck ND. I have struggled with MD/Anxiety/PTSD for approximately 18+ years. I have been seen by numerous Psychiatrists/Psychologists as too which have done various testings/evaluation's to determine my prognosis. My visitations have led to copious amounts of various medications, as many know most lead to various side effects both mentally and physically. As many of us have all experienced traumatic events in our lives I had 3 significant experiences that changed my life forever. 1. My dad passing away. 2. My small business legal battle. 3. My spiritual battle after trying to contact my dad leading to a myriad of negative spiritual experiences. After experiencing such a profound event about 2 years ago, which lead me to a 2 week hospitalization in Fargo, ND (which was very much needed) I realized after doing much soul searching I needed something more to help aid in my Mental Health recovery process. I visited with my Doctor and to topic of discussion came up about ketimine. She does not have access nor the ability to prescribe me Ketimine so, I came home from my appointment and started my research. At first it was very discouraging due to the fact all the available locations where out of state. Then by some stroke of luck i happened to scroll down a bit farther and noticed a website “Journey to Wellness” Bismarck ND, so I clicked on it, everything sounded exactly what I was looking for. I call the number provided and left a message, mind you having no idea what to expect or if it was even a legitimate business (It most definitely is a legitimate business). The next day I received a phone call from Jacqueline to do a quick phone interview to discuss my situation. After about a 20 min. Conversation, she set me up for a in-person consultation visit to go over more of my mental health concerns, afterwards she determined I was a good fit for starting my Ketimine treatment Journey. This was so exciting & scary due to the “not knowing” factor as too what to expect, but what my first experience was like was truly amazing!! I went into it with an open mindset and a positive attitude but yes I extremely nervous! After about an 1.5 hours of being in this extremely comfortable recliner and a weighted blanket and this great setup of headphones and Jacque picked out some of the most amazing music I have ever heard in my life, it’s almost scary how the music fits or flows with the I call levels of intensity as the Ketimine starts to enter your body. It’s truly a harmonic rhythm. So just a few more details: I am on my 10th treatment and my personal experience is I feel like I have been given a second chance in life and that my soul has been cleansed and most if not all my negativity has been erased and I owe this to Journey to Wellness and a huge THANK YOU to Jacqueline for her excellent bed side manners and her attention to details, her kindness and understanding to the Mental Health world. My synopsis: if you or anyone you know is struggling with any similar diagnoses that I listed from my own personal experiences please don’t hesitate to contact Journey to Wellness and or I’m not sure if there is a response section on this terminal but, I would be more than happy to answer any questions or provide support to any decisions you might have regarding this very expansive treatment.
