I originally saw Nurse Practitioner Kelly Thelen for a work physical at the Omaha, NE location and was so impressed by her professionalism and genuine care that I decided to make her my primary care provider. After I shared my experience with my wife, she switched as well. I have since visited the Bellevue, NE location, which works out better for us, and the experience has been just as positive. The communication at Remedy Health Care is excellent. They notify us when prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy and when lab results are available. The entire staff truly cares about their patients, and it’s clear they enjoy working together while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. We highly recommend Kelly Thelen and the Remedy Health Care team.

I wish I didn't have to give this place one star. They are the worst mental health places I've ever been to. Turned in all my pages of paperwork got lost. Saw a retired military woman one time and she was the rudest mental health person I've ever seen and she would let me know if she ever wanted to see me again and never heard from her. My husband tried that place several weeks ago and he is retired military and I warned him you wont be happy. He was seeing someone he actually like and they said that they were doing some restructuring and had to let this person go after a few visits. That place is so unorganized and unqualified for mental patients it should be investigated. Now my husband has to start all over again to get the help he needs. This is not where you should go if you need mental health!
