I’ve done about 80 or so contrast therapies in UT and MN. First time here in NE and this location was incredible! Large room with a shower, two person sauna, and a dedicated cold plunge. There was a large clock that counted down your time. It’s an hour appointment, but gave me 75 min to change and shower which was super nice. Gave me enough time for 3 iterations of hot to cold! The sauna was amazing as it got quite hot. Most of the other contrast therapies had near IR technology and didn’t get as warm. On the flip side, the cold plunge was as cold as 42 degrees, quite colder than the 50 degrees or so that I was used to. Will absolutely be back. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The facility is so clean and the staff are so welcoming. I started with float therapy (which I love) then tried fire & ice and the benefits have been immeasurable! I can’t wait for my next session. They are so friendly, offered me a tour and explained how everything works. Thank you for all you do!

I love Lost In Float. It’s always so clean and peaceful. I always feel reinvigorated leaving there. I love how they’ve expanded their services so it’s more than floats. 10/10.

The facility was super clean, and everything you need is ready for you. Just bring yourself—they’ve got the rest covered! 🧴👣🛁 The float felt like drifting to the bottom of the ocean 🌊—quiet, weightless, and deeply calming. Total reset. Great for mental clarity and stress relief 😌🧠. If you’re looking for Epsom salt therapy or float therapy in Lincoln, Nebraska, this is the place! 💯🌿

Oh my goodness, so beautiful. even before going, the scheduling was fast and easy. I have pretty bad anxiety, and the lovely lady at the front took her time explaining everything and was patient with my questions. everything here is thought out and feels so welcoming. they even leave you a brush and comb for after, Vaseline for cuts, they have so many good records you can sit for as long as you’d like to listen to, a lot of beautiful artwork, just an overall peaceful place that’s unlike anywhere I’ve seen here. Even the water spray bottle in the float room has me impressed, I actually brought my own just in case! it was nice, quiet and truly felt like I was disconnected from the world, almost gives you a giddy feeling and I personally felt so safe and comfortable.💜 I have only tried the float so far, it's left me feeling refreshingly calm and almost sore/heavy, in a post massage kind of way! I’m excited and optimistic about the other services already :) if you want to give yourself and your body a treat I’d def recommend, I came in feeling tight and not the greatest but couldnt stop smiling like a fool before I left 😁
