I was VERY happy with K2 Holistic Health (formerly Schrock Medical) ability to diagnosing issues with my back, neck and knee. Teaching me the proper way to be active was incredible. Thanks to a WONDERFUL staff of Jason, Dr. Ott, Joe, and Dr. Detterman. There each individual expertise really helped to decrease my pain. Highly recommend this Clinic. It's nice having a Doctor, Physical Therapist, and Chiropractor all in one location. Instead of pain meds they use natural healing techniques. Thanks so much.

K2 Holistic Health has provided top-notch service from start to finish. Even though I live in Omaha and they are based in Lincoln, they always ensure my peptides arrive quickly and on time. They truly listen to what I’m trying to improve, recommend the right peptides, and take the time to explain why they believe each option will help. When I inquired about a specific peptide they actually said they had an alternative peptide that was significantly cheaper!! I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, and they are completely transparent about cost—nothing hidden, no surprises. Sorry for this long review but I’m somewhat a detail person. I first came to the then Schrock (now K2) clinic in the spring of 2023 looking for something other than left knee replacement that was the only thing my orthopedic recommended. Schrock staff (now known as K2 - but basically same folks) gave me a couple of options! After a series of hyaluronic acid (HA) injections and physical therapy, my left knee was 100% better - could walk without pain again - but I knew it wouldn’t last as my past experience with the HA injections was that those last about six months. Then in fall of 2023 both my right knee and right foot were swollen and painful, so I went back to Schrock clinic. After a series of physical therapy and med wave on the foot, plus HA knee injections, the foot was much better and knees were temporarily good again - got my spring back! K2 (or Schrock at that time but essentially same folks as now) also offered stem cell injections for a longer lasting option for my knees. Well about May 2024 both knees started having problems again (HA injections for me always lasted around six months). So, I decided to try the stem cell injections in both knees. Glad I did. It’s now late 2025 and my knees are great, getting up and down stairs with no problem, golfing, working out. I would recommend anyone with arthritic knee problems to talk to the good folks at K2.
