This program has saved my life and given me hope in a future. The women who will be helping you do the same are some of the most intelligent, most caring(real caring, not fake caring!), most down to earth women I've ever met in my life!! If I could give these guys 100 stars I would!! The program is very lifestyle friendly and the knowledge they impart is priceless!! Excelent couseling and my blood tests were perfect after going to MRC. I lost 15 plus pounds and feel great!. I highly recommend MRC to anyone. Sarah is amazing at Papillion location.

I love the program and so happy I decided to join back in May. I love that most of them have been thru the program and can really give you ideas and help you stay on track. I would not be almost 50 pounds down if it was for their support and the online support!! Even on the days that I gained they are supportive and try to help figure out what might have caused the gain. I would recommend this program all day long!! Megan, Jessica and the entire staff are truly AMAZING!! Thank you!!
