I love that Dr. Golnick takes his time during my appointment to really help me with a plan. Since being his patient, my migraines have reduced significantly each month. We did go through some trials and errors - I appreciate Dr. Golnick's persistence in finding what worked for me. His staff is very easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable.

The staff here is incredible and has been the only staff to come to a diagnosis out of 3 years of searching. Golnick has directed me towards specialists and given me answers for things even outside of his practice. The staff is so friendly and direct/consistent. I am so thankful I found them, he is pretty much the only medical personnel I trust with my health.

Attempted to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and the front desk staff displayed extreme rudeness and a lack of compassion. Despite informing them about my severe migraine, they insisted on obtaining my insurance information immediately, even though my appointment was scheduled for February 26th. I struggled to provide the information due to my migraine but managed to find it through my insurance portal. Instead of allowing me to call back with the insurance details, they persisted in pressuring me. When I requested to speak to the office manager, I was told she was busy and would call back, justifying the behavior as "doing her job." It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of empathy in healthcare settings.
