I had a terrible experience with 2 staff members at Jersey Rehab - Sandra and Lisa her manager. I've been a patient at Jersey Rehab for 1 year and was really surprised at the treatment. Sandra was extremely rude to me over the phone - wouldn't listen to the questions I had and kept repeating the same things to me over and over again while talking over me. When I went in for a visit, she actually came into the doctor's office to confront me, no apology, nothing, as if she sought me out to punish me or tell me off :-). I asked to speak to her manager Lisa who also was mean and nasty, saying that Sandra is the best employee and that she couldn't have been rude. I just quit Jersey Rehab and signed up with a different pain and sports medicine practice. While some staff members are very nice, especially Jasmine and the people at the front desk, the treatment by the other staff just shows something is off with the business. The doctors are fine, especially Dr. Hajela who is great but the office is not.

I find every one very. Helpful I do have appointments soon not sure if Tuesday?

I have been going to Jersey rehab for years, the staff literally treats you like family and there is rarely if ever a wait. From the providers I see Dr. H and Karen NP to the support staff including the front desk team, everyone is always welcoming and amazing.
