I came in with severe tennis elbow pain that had been bothering me for months. The therapist Simon quickly found the cause and guided me through personalized treatments and exercises that made a huge difference. I noticed major improvement in my grip and could play tennis again without pain. Highly recommend Essential PT & Rehab for anyone dealing with elbow or arm injuries — they really know what they’re doing!

I really like this place for physical therapy! They take the time to explain why I am in pain and how to make it better, using pictures and body models, which really helps. The machine treatments are great, but they also teach me the right exercises and show me easy ones to do at home. Everyone who works here is super friendly. Definitely recommend!
