My first 2 appointments at A Better Care Alternative with Dr. Leder were more helpful than the past 20 years with my previous doctors. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, and offers many options rather than the usual “pill for every ill” of traditional doctors. The physical exam was thorough as previous doctor’s only listened to my heart and breathing and nothing else. When I went to the doctors’ offices asking questions about something I read, they were quick to dismiss it and just offered me a prescription for medication and because he was the doctor who was I to question him. When I asked about trying to find out why had those symptoms, I was quickly dismissed as healthy, when I know I was not. Dr. Leder is not threatened by your knowledge or your questions and acts as a partner in health rather than a dictator. It was a pleasure to finally have a doctor listen to you and want to work with you to get to the root cause of your symptoms. I look forward to learning more about healing at each appointment.
