This review is based on my first two sessions at Premier and my experiences thus far. First off, Dr. Kim is so humble and caring. My neurologist referred him to me because of my migraines. Dr. Kim personally called me at home to set up an appointment in order to begin treatment immediately. I don’t know too many doctors that care enough about new patients to call them…unless they’re trying to sell some new medicine or health gadget. Everyone whom I saw was excellent. Dr. Kim has a great bedside manner and actually takes the time to listen to you as do the others in the practice. He is professional yet personable. As he worked on my back and adjusted me, it felt like discomfort slowly down left my body! I had Nicole for OT. She is knowledgeable and checks in with you as she is working. She’s super hands on!! I have multiple pinched nerves and she meticulously worked to provide me comfort, explaining each thing as she went along. She also showed me some exercises I could do on my own at home. Both acupuncturist also left me feeling better than I did before I walked in. Different styles but both good. I went to a different chiropractor’s office for two years so I have an idea of what to expect, and so far I have no complaints from Dr. Kim’s office. If you are looking for a chiropractic practice that offers multiple services, don’t hesitate to check them out!!!

I had a great experience at this facility. Every staff member was very pleasant and knowledgeable from the receptionist, to the therapists, and the doctors. I worked with Nicole and Mario each visit and they were both amazing at their jobs and amazing human beings. I would highly recommend Premier Health Center. I can't comment on pricing, because mine was a work related accident.

I don’t recommend this physical therapy center, there are much better ones out there in the area. I have been going to this office for treatment for over two years and everything about the place gave me the sense that Dr. Kim is just money hungry. They focus more on volume of people $$$ rather than quality of treatment. The place and equipment is outdated and dirty. The only reason I continued going is because of one of their PTs that does a great job. I was involved in another car accident a few months ago and Dr. Kim refused to allow me to use my health insurance rather than the car PIP insurance. I requested to switch over weeks ago and was kept up in the air while they were waiting for a “letter of protection” from my attorney. Gave them that assuming that’s what they needed in order to switch over, but that clearly had nothing to do with it. You would think after going to your practice for over two years and putting who knows how much money in your pocket in that period of time, I’d be treated a little bit better and not like I’m some stranger walking in. Will not be going back there ever again.

I've been a patient at Premier Health Center for almost 4 years now. I have several chronic issues as a result of a serious car accident in 1980. In the 36 years since the accident, I've had multiple surgeries and have been a client at numerous physical therapy locations in the four states where I've lived. I've never trusted or felt confident enough in the efficacy of any of those facilities to write a review. Premier Health Center, however is MUCH different. Dr. Kim and his staff (both clinical and clerical) are truly exceptional! On multiple occasions, they have gone the extra mile on my behalf, to assure that I received the appropriate treatment - be it in-house or from specialists I was referred to. The atmosphere at the Center is always comfortable, the music is relaxing, and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Dr. Kim has chosen his staff with great care. Yes - they are all warm, courteous, professional and effective - but they also possess an innate compassion for their patients and a desire to see them improve. These qualities are a tremendous support to the healing process. Dr. Kim and the therapists have helped me on so many levels. Thanks to their efforts and expertise, I can now tilt my head back and look at the sky - something I wasn't able to do for over 20 years!! I still get emotional every time I look at the stars in the night sky. What a gift!!! My gratitude for all they've done for me runs very deep.
